Blueberry Peach Bites

There's nothing wrong with snacking throughout the day, but what these snacks consist of maybe making or breaking your health and fitness goals. ⠀ ⠀

I've heard so often from clients, who work as teachers or in an office setting, how often processed or sugary treats are available and how difficult it is to turn these down. ⠀ ⠀

These take less than 10 minutes to make. If you have a food processor or blender, then blend the blueberries and almond milk. Combine the chopped macadamia nuts, peaches, shredded coconut, and collagen. Spoon into shallow or small muffin tins. Freeze for about 30 minutes to set and store frozen or in fridge according to preference.⠀ ⠀

Ingredients

·       12 macadamia nuts

·       5 dried peaches

·       ½ cup almond milk

·       1 cup blueberries

·       5 scoops Collagen ~35g protein

 Recipe makes 12 bites. Adjust size to preference.
