INGREDIENTS
· 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
· 3 Tbsp almond butter
· 2 Tbsp coconut oil
· 15 macadamia nuts
· 2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
INGREDIENTS
· Blend or mix the blueberries and macadamia nuts in a food processor or blender
· Mix coconut oil (may have to heat it for a second if not liquid) with the almond butter
· Combine blueberry/macadamia mixture with coconut & almond butter
· Add in coconut flakes
· Press mixture into a shallow dish or pan and freeze for an hour or so
· Cut into 4 bars
