Peanut Butter Bites - Healthy on the go snack

I love making healthy snacks that take less than 10 minutes to create and will last throughout the week. My snack bites are popular for being quick to make, delicious, nutrient-dense, and filling.

Peanut Butter Bites

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 4 scoops collagen (I like to use Great Lakes Collagen)

  • 3 Tbsp dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 Tbsp Maca powder

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the dark chocolate chips and coconut flakes.

  2. Once you have a thick and creamy mixture, fold or stir in the coconut flakes and then the dark chocolate chips.

  3. Spoon into balls or use a muffin tin. Freeze the bites for around 15 minutes to set and then it’s really on an individual preference whether you want to keep them in the refrigerator or the freezer.

  4. Enjoy throughout the week!
