Cacao Bliss Bites

Cacao Bliss Bites - Paleo, Keto, Whole30 friendly

Ingredients

·       75g almond butter

·       25g coconut oil

·       40g unsweetened shredded coconut

·       1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa

·       35g chia seeds

·       Stevia or raw honey to taste (optional)

·       1 tsp cinnamon

·       1 Tbsp coconut flour or ground flax seed

·       4 scoops collagen (~28g of protein)

 Instructions

  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients together.

  2. Mix all of the wet ingredients together.

  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.

  4. Spoon into a shallow muffin pan and freeze.

  5. Depending on your preference, store in the freezer or fridge.

MACROS: If making 12 bites, each one has about 8.5g fat, 1g net carbs, and 4g of protein.
