I have learned a lot about food and nutrition and it has enabled me to continue on my own with making good choices. Remembering some simple dynamics of food groups and timings and making healthy meals and snacks in advance to keep on track has been pivotal. I have actually really enjoyed the process and am motivated to continue to make good food choices and having a balance as I love food and enjoy eating out and not missing out on the things I love to eat. I have learned for me, that moderation and balance is the key. Being more aware of what you are eating and how that affects your mind and body makes a big difference to health, fitness, and general well-being.
