In fact, even if I knew what to do I didn’t know “how” to do it. And that’s the real key. You need a plan and you need someone who can adjust it based on you. I’ve always wanted to be lean. I was never huge, but deep down I wanted to get lean enough to get a six-pack. I think what matters, too, is the the package. Three weeks doesn’t do it. This is a long term game. There are so many questions along the way that need to be answered. You have to make a shift in how you see and look at food. After 25 years of wanting a six-pack, I finally got one!”
